I have been in the travel industry for 26 years, first as an agency owner, and later as a front line agent.  I am certified by American Express as a Mariner Club group escort for cruises and have escorted many groups both on cruises and on land tours.  I am a Princess Commodore, having completed their full course for accreditation and maintain my status by completing the refresher courses each year.  I have completed the WOW training for Royal Caribbean.  I have completed the necessary training as a Hawaii specialist and have made numerous trips to Hawaii as well as having sailed on the Norwegian Pride of America both as an individual and escorting groups.  I have traveled to Mexico on many occasions, with experience in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Tulum, Cozumel, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.  I have traveled to Europe on numerous occasions both on land tours and cruises.
